SB Construction Group is a general contractor that specializes in residential construction and remodels, multifamily rehabs and light commercial construction.  We also produce property condition assessments and reports. Drew began in the construction industry in 1995 with Brown & Root Services as a quality control / safety manager and then moving up to delivery order manager. While at Brown and Root he worked on job order contracts at Fort Benning, GA for the Department of Defense, Atlanta Public School Systems, Atlanta GA and Northside Independent School District, San Antonio, TX. In 2004 he began working for a San Antonio based company building retirement homes and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Texas. In 2009 he became Vice President of operations for a Boerne based construction company that specialized in Multi-Family rehabs. Over the last five years they completed rehabs totaling approximately 35 million dollars in 17 different states. In 2014 Drew became Vice President and partner of SB Construction Group.
